From the wife of Blogger millineum; DRAMA AND SCANDAL IN THE THEATER
So, after my husband Sunshine Klein has worked about 250hrs at the Collaborative Theatre Project for Susan Aversa-Orrego, spending family time (nights, Thanksgiving, Weekends) at the theatre and putting in his own materials, he got reimbursed for some gas and Material expenses. No Labor. That would probably be okay, if he would have gotten the position as a resident scenic designer as promised prior. Which didn't happen, instead he is the only person not getting a paragraph in the Playbill, was asked to do changes on a daily basis, and hardly ever got Thank you/compliment for the awesome set he built. He was held responsible for not opening on time (although 1. he got hired less than 3weeks before and 2. the design was changed daily)
When we asked for payment (donating half the price of his hours!!!) we got threatened with police and lawyers. We didn't even get a single free ticket for the Show.
Merry Christmas to everyone, and thanks for nothing, CTP

Just some thoughts
I haven't really written anything for this blog, but if you're reading this now, then welcome! All feedback is encouraged.
I have been a musician most of my life, and an actor, dancer...in short, I've always loved the arts, but just recently started drawing and painting. Talk about joy!
I love it, and don't plan to stop until I have no hands and/or eyes.
I welcome everyone to share your thoughts, works, interesting pictures, etc. to establish some artistic dialog.
Well, I'm off to work with a live model, wish me luck, I'll post the results soon.
